Meet The Kramer Heating & Cooling, LLC Family

John

John has worked in the HVAC business since high school, that’s over 35 years! In February of 2001 he decided it was time to start his own business. He dreamed of providing quality services to the customers he had come to know. He hit the ground running and hasn’t looked back since. In November of 2018 he moved his business to his hometown of Little Chute and has enjoyed helping his friends and neighbors with all their heating and cooling needs. John and his wife Kara, have two adult children; Luke (Lauren) Kramer, and Katie (Will) Dougherty. They are proud grandparents to three beautiful granddaughters-Ainsley, Molly, and Josephine and one awesome grandson-Jett. When John isn’t busy with his business or enjoying his family he likes to spend time outdoors fishing and hunting.

Mike

Mike has been with Kramer Heating since 2005. He is a Journeyman HVAC Service Technician with 21 years of experience. At Kramer Heating & Cooling, Mike specializes in hydronics and light commercial along with leading the team in residential service and new construction. Mike is an expert of his trade and takes pride in providing the highest quality service by staying up to date with the newest technology and equipment education. Mike is motivated by his wife and their two children. In his free time, Mike likes to fish, drive semi for a local ag service and spend time with family.

Ryan

Started in the HVAC Industry with Kramer Heating in his junior year of high school as a summer helper. Senior year of high school I worked 25 hours a week during a school to work program.

Schooling:

  • Fall of 2014 I started my apprenticeship program at NWTC in Green Bay and completed in the Spring of 2018.
  • 30 hours of tig welding at Fox Valley Tech
  • Supplier trainings such as Mitsubishi mini splits, Rheem modulating equipment, NTI boilers, April Aire products
  • EPA 608 Type I,II,III
  • Certified Job Status:

  • Currently rough-in new construction homes

  • Personal Life:

  • Married 2 years to my wife Ashtin, and have two sons
  • Enjoy boating and fishing in the summertime
  • Spending time with family deer hunting in the fall in Michigan
  • Luke

    After receiving a degree in finance and working for two years in the corporate world, Luke decided he couldn’t see himself working at a desk the rest of his life. He left his job and joined Kramer Heating in 2017. He is a journeyman HVACR Service Technician. He and his wife Lauren have three children, and are anxiously awaiting their fourth expected in mid October, 2026. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, especially the Green Bay Packers, and traveling.

    Nick

    Nick is a Journeyman HVAC Service Technician who has been a valued member of the Kramer Heating and Cooling team since 2019. He specializes in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and servicing a wide range of HVAC equipment. While Nick spends most of his time in the field helping customers maintain comfortable and reliable homes and businesses, he is always willing to lend his expertise wherever it is needed and can often be found contributing to a variety of projects throughout the company.

    Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, and their growing family. The couple welcomed their first child in July 2026. In his free time, Nick enjoys golfing, playing softball, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family at the lake.

    Connor

    Connor has been with Kramer Heating since 2020. He has a total of 8 years of residential HVAC experience. He excels in new construction homes, residential replacements and custom metal fabrication. He prides himself in quality work over quantity. He graduated from NWTC in Green Bay in April of 2025 with a journeyman degree in sheet metal fabrication.

    In Connor’s spare time he enjoys shooting sporting clays, lifting weights at his local gym, fishing locally and being “Up North” near Eagle River.

    Bob

    Bob has been with Kramer Heating since June of 2021. He has 40 years in the welding and sheet metal fabrication industry. Working on-site on industrial installations. Getting close to retirement he now working in the shop constructing and maintaining the company’s supply of standard-sized fabricated materials and building custom fittings for specific job sites. Now has been married to his wife, Lori, for 24 years. They have a daughter and 7 year old grandson. In his spare time he enjoys woodworking and model railroads.

  • Kenny

    Kenny has lived in Wisconsin for 5 years. He is new to the HVAC field but catching on quickly and hopes to make this his lifelong career. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing video games, and fishing.

    Tom

    Tom is a seasoned HVAC Mechanic. He has over 35 years of HVAC experience in layout, fabrication and installation. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, hunting, and camping. He and his wife, Betsy, have three children and five grandchildren.

    Walt

    Walt has been doing HVAC service for the last 4 years and has been with Kramer Heating since the start of 2026. Originally from North Carolina, Walt moved to the Valley area with his wife and daughter to be near his wife’s family.

    Outside of work he enjoys spending time with the family, traveling, and being outdoors.

    Ezekeil

    Ezekeil- has been with Kramer Heating for the past year and brings a total of 3.5 years of industry experience, including 2.5 years of prior experience, to the company. He is originally from New London, Wisconsin, and currently enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Katelynn, and their son.

    Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, spending time with family, and working on and tuning cars. He takes pride in continuing to build his HVAC skills and experience both professionally and personally.

    Payton

    Payton is from New London, WI and has been with Kramer since 2025. He has 3.5 years of industry experience. His primary scope of work is on installation and replacement where he takes pride in delivering quality work and dependable results. He is always looking to continue learning, improving his skills, and growing in the trade. He works to ensure that he maintains the high standards that the customers expect from Kramer Heating.

    Outside of work, Payton enjoys golfing, gaming, and spending time with friends and family.
