Thank you for your exceptional service. Being able to come and install our furnace quickly so that we could leave town today was greatly appreciated. You are the only contractor who noticed the water heater pipe needing to be replaced. Your eye for detail and making recommendations prevented us from having problems in the future!! The two service men were professional and identified themselves when they came to the door. They worked diligently and and did a great job installing our new furnace.
The cookies were amazing and a welcome surprise. Love that they are from a local vendor!! I told my son-in-law who stopped by to have one of our $4000 cookies. All kidding aside, thank you again, for doing an amazing job.

on Wednesday and Thursday of this week (July 6th & July 7th) I was working in the garage. According to Fox11's weather people it was 86 and 82 degrees those two days with high humidity. Without the split a/c I would have been sweating like a stuck pig with sweat dripping off my face onto the inside of my eyeglasses.
But On Wednesday and again today, Thursday, I turned the unit on for the first and second time. Wow!!!
What a pleasure it is to work in that building regardless of the outside temp and humidity. As a reminder, my garage is 32 feet wide, 45 feet deep with a 14 foot ceiling. That's a lot of cubic feet to cool and dehumidify and the split unit performed flawlessly. Thanks to you and your crew!

My furnace was 30 years old but still running good when I called Kramer Heating and Cooling for an estimate try to plan for the inevitable. Unfortunately it went out sooner then I was hoping and in the middle of December. I called Kramer Heating and Cooling back and they had the old one out and the new one in the same day I called.
